Happy September and thank you for finding us!

Sunday, September 9 at 10:30 a.m. is our Homecoming celebration, a time to come back together after a summer filled with vacations and other adventures. Our church school starts up again and we can't wait to welcome back our kids. We'll have a potluck luncheon after the worship service and then enjoy a brief program highlighting program opportunities coming up this fall.

What do you have to look forward to? We'll be reading the entire book of Mark together and then hear Sunday messages based on what we've read. We'll also have a 6 week Bible Study called Saints and Sinners (your choice of Thursday nights or Sundays after worship) and Nurture Your Spirit spiritual formation groups on Monday afternoons and via videoconference (TBD).

Who are we? We're a diverse faith community traveling together on an amazing spiritual journey. We don't claim to be perfect but we do have a passion for caring about others and making a difference. We love children and believe that they are not only the future of the church but also the church now. We have a long tradition of standing up for issues of justice and equality and proudly proclaim that we are an open and inclusive community.

You see, we're not the typical Baptist church! If you have more questions than answers, if you believe that God continues to inform and guide us, and if you feel called to act justly and love mercy, come and see us.

It will be our pleasure to welcome you!
