Happy Fall and thank you for finding us!

We're off and running for a new church program year. Consider joining a 6 week Bible study ("Saints and Sinners") which will run through October on Thursday nights at 6:30 or Sundays at noon. A Nurture Your Spirit spiritual formation group Mondays at 2 p.m. begins on October 15 and a second group will soon start via videoconference to include homebound people, parents with young children, or friends who live far away.

Our Olde-Fashioned Country Fair is an annual event that we absolutely LOVE! Stop by on Friday, October 26 between 5 and 7 p.m. and Saturday, October 27 8 a.m. through 2 p.m.  Home baked pies, yummy meals to go, our famous jams and jellies, a fabulous Silent Auction, a gorgeous quilt to be raffled...and more!

Veterans Day falls on a Sunday this year and as is our custom, we will honor our Veterans during the worship service and then invite everyone to a celebratory luncheon afterwards.

Who are we? We're a diverse faith community traveling together on an amazing spiritual journey. We don't claim to be perfect but we do have a passion for caring about others and making a difference. We love children and believe that they are not only the future of the church but also the church now. We have a long tradition of standing up for issues of justice and equality and proudly proclaim that we are an open and inclusive community.

You see, we're not the typical Baptist church! If you have more questions than answers, if you believe that God continues to inform and guide us, and if you feel called to act justly and love mercy, come and see us.

It will be our pleasure to welcome you!
